Our faculty and residents in the Department of Family and Community Medicine provide health care services for the entire family in Kalamazoo and at Grace Health in Battle Creek.
Our focus is whole-person care, including preventive medicine. We provide for your overall health care needs when you are ill and when you are well. We also guide you through the complex health care system and coordinate services with specialists, when needed. Our model of care emphasizes care coordination and communication to best meet the needs of you and your family.
