Prospective Students or the Public
If you would like to submit a complaint or concern regarding a student-related issue, please contact the Office of Student Affairs directly at studentaffairs@wmed.edu listed below.
Current Students
If a current student would like to submit a complaint or concern regarding a student-related issue you should refer to policy UME/GSE506 Student Concerns or use the Report of Student Concern Form available on the Student Portal. Complaints of alleged fraudulent or improper activity from students in distance education programs will be investigated by the institution to achieve resolution. Further consideration and resolution, if necessary, is the responsibility of the Michigan Department of Labor and Economic Opportunity following the State Authorization Reciprocity Agreement (SARA) complaint resolution process.
