WMed is proud to be an equal employment opportunity employer, fostering a diverse, non-discriminatory work environment. Research indicates that individuals from historically excluded groups may hesitate to apply for positions unless they meet 100% of the qualifications. We want to emphasize that meeting every qualification is not a prerequisite for applying. If you find that much of the position description resonates with your skills and experience, we strongly encourage you to apply for the role. Your unique perspective and contributions are essential to our collective success.
