Applicant and Interview Process

Applications are accepted on a rolling basis. Please include:

  • Three letters of recommendation, including your residency program director
  • Personal statement or letter of interest
  • Curriculum vitae
  • In-training Exam Scores

We conduct interviews for our fellowship on a rolling basis. After your application is received and reviewed, you may be contacted to set up an interview. Fellowship applicants must be US citizens and hold a valid unrestricted driver's license from one of the 50 states in the USA, with a clean driving record for the past five years (excluding simple speeding tickets). In 2018, the National Association of EMS Physicians' Council of EMS Fellowship Directors voted to begin participating in The Match. Our EMS Fellowship program participates in the NRMP. The Match opens in August and Match Day is in November. EMS Fellowships are open to any graduate of an ACGME residency program. For additional information on the Match process, visit the NRMP website.
