Biosketch
Ashish Gokavarapu, MD, is a Family Medicine resident at Western Michigan University Homer Stryker M.D. School of Medicine. He earned his medical degree from Kamineni Academy of Medical Sciences and Research Center in Hyderabad, India. Following graduation, Dr. Gokavarapu worked and volunteered as a physician in rural communities across India, where he developed a strong commitment to accessible and equitable healthcare. His professional interests include caring for underserved populations, medical education, and health systems improvement.
