Biosketch
Jennifer Moubray, BA, is a care coordinator with Kalamazoo County Health and Community Services Healthy Babies Healthy Start home visiting program. She received her undergraduate degree at Western Michigan University. She has worked in the Kalamazoo community serving vulnerable populations since 1997. Previous employment experience includes Bethany Christian Services (foster care/adoption). CARES of Southwest Michigan (persons with HIV/AIDS) and KCMHSAS-now Integrated Services Kalamazoo (mental health). In her current role as Care Coordinator, Ms. Moubray has worked closely with the Western Michigan University Homer Stryker, MD School of Medicine Family Medicine Residency Program for eight years, providing education and support to residents and patients in the clinical setting.
