The medical school is pleased to welcome Jacob Lenning, MD, to its Department of Emergency Medicine.
Dr. Lenning joined the department as an assistant professor and ultrasound director on July 10. Dr. Lenning is an alumnus of Kalamazoo College, where he earned a bachelor's degree in chemistry in 2015. He earned his medical degree from Wayne State University School of Medicine in 2019.
Dr. Lenning went on to complete a residency in emergency medicine at Detroit Medical Center/Sinai Grace Hospital in 2022.
Prior to coming to the medical school, Dr. Lenning completed a combined ultrasound and medical education fellowship at Detroit Medical Center with Wayne State University School of Medicine in June 2023.
