Biosketch

Maharshi Joshi, MD, is a resident physician in the Family Medicine Residency Program at Western Michigan University Homer Stryker, MD School of Medicine. He is a graduate of the University of Gujarat, Smt NHL Municipal Medical College, Ahmedabad, India. He completed his Master's in Cell and Molecular Biology from the Illinois Institute of Technology, Chicago. He also completed his Master's in Clinical Research from Rush University, Chicago. From 2015-2019, he served as a Validation Analyst in various pharmaceutical companies. He has published his research in the American Heart Association QCOR Scientific Sessions 2022 and presented a poster on outcomes-based research in cardio-oncology. His clinical, teaching, and research interests include outcomes-based research and guidelines developments based on the outcomes.
