Biosketch

Daniel Horne, DO, is a resident physician with the Emergency Medicine Residency Program at Western Michigan University Homer Stryker M.D. School of Medicine in Kalamazoo, Michigan. He graduated from the University of Colorado at Boulder with a BA in Integrative Physiology and completed medical school at Rocky Vista University, Parker, Colorado. Prior to medical school, Dr. Horne spent two years as an EMTB with a private ambulance company in Denver, Colorado, followed by three years as a trauma tech (EMTB) at a level two emergency department in Boulder, Colorado. His expertise includes twenty years of service participating with and providing leadership for mountain search and rescue with the busiest volunteer service in the United States.
