Theresa McGoff, MBA, RN, CCRP, is the data manager for the Western Michigan University Homer Stryker M.D. School of Medicine Virtual Data Warehouse. She received her undergraduate degree in biology from Kalamazoo College, her nursing degree from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, and her Master of Business Administration degree from Davenport University. She has worked for 15 years in the field of clinical research with a focus on oncology, cardiovascular, and peripheral vascular diseases. Ms. McGoff's experience includes coordination of Phase I oncology trials, and Phase 2 and 3 cooperative group trials and medical device trials. She also has extensive experience in designing, implementing, and managing multi-center prospective registries. She focuses on training investigators on proper data management and data security practices, while aiding them in the assessment of their research and process improvement data needs.
