Biosketch

Venu Gourineni, MD, FACC, is a board-certified cardiologist with the Beacon Heart Institute in Kalamazoo, Michigan. He earned his medical degree from Osmania Medical College in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. He completed an internal medicine residency with the University of Pennsylvania and completed a cardiology fellowship with Rush University, Chicago. In addition to his cardiology board certification, Dr. Gourineni also holds board certifications in echocardiography, nuclear cardiology, and cardiovascular computed tomography. He is currently the Director for Non-invasive Cardiology at Beacon Kalamazoo. His clinical interests include imaging and clinical training.
