Rebecca White, MD, is a board-certified psychiatrist in the Department of Psychiatry at Western Michigan University Homer Stryker M.D. School of Medicine in Kalamazoo, Michigan. She is a graduate of Union College, Lincoln, Nebraska. She earned her medical degree from Loma Linda University School of Medicine, Loma Linda, California, which is also where she completed her psychiatry residency, serving as chief resident in her final year. She was a HEAL Initiative Global Mental Health Psychiatry Fellow at University of California-San Francisco, from 2017-2019 where she worked in Chinle, Arizona, with the Najavo Nation and in Nepal. Her clinical, teaching, and research interests are in collaborative care, consult-liaison psychiatry, global mental health, and medical education.
