Biosketch

Tom George, MD, is a graduate of the University of Michigan Medical School and has been a practicing physician in Kalamazoo for over 30 years. In 2000, Dr. George was elected to the Michigan legislature. He served in the legislature for ten years representing the Kalamazoo area, first as a State Representative and then as a State Senator.

While serving in the legislature, Dr. George worked on various health-related laws. After leaving the legislature due to term limits, Dr. George returned to the practice of medicine full-time.
