Biosketch
Marcos Madeiro, MD, is a board-certified hospitalist with Bronson Health Group in Kalamazoo, Michigan. He earned his medical degree from Universidade Federal do Ceará, in Fortaleza, Ceará, Brazil. He completed his residency in internal medicine with Michigan State University - Kalamazoo Center for Medical Studies (MSU/KCMS), where he was appointed by his peers as Chief Resident during his final year of training. After graduating, he became a hospitalist and also served as Clinical Instructor/Assistant Professor-Internal Medicine (MSU/KCMS), receiving the General Internal Medicine Outstanding Teacher Award on consecutive years. His special interests include practicing general inpatient medicine and working with resident physicians.
