Elizabeth Haworth-Hoeppner, MD

Biosketch

Liz Haworth-Hoeppner, MD, is a Pediatric Hospitalist. She was born in southeast Michigan and grew up on the west side of the state. Dr. Haworth-Hoeppner received her undergraduate degree from Kalamazoo College and attended the University of Michigan Medical School. She completed her medical training at the University of Rochester Medical Center in Upstate NY. During residency she participated in their Community Health and Advocacy Resident Education track and volunteered on several hospital and residency program committees concerned with curriculum, resident performance, and patient safety. She is committed to community advocacy, equal access to care, teaching, evidence-based practices, and equitable treatment regardless of socioeconomic status.
