Steven Weber, PhD, is Research Contracts Administrator for Western Michigan University in Kalamazoo, Michigan, and Research Assistant Professor in the Department of Biomedical Sciences at Western Michigan University Homer Stryker M.D. School of Medicine. He is a graduate of University of South Dakota in Vermillion, South Dakota, which is also where he earned his doctorate in physiology and pharmacology. He then completed a postdoctorate fellowship in pharmacology with University of Arizona College of Medicine in Tucson, Arizona. He has also earned a master's of health services administration from University of Michigan School of Public Health in Ann Arbor, Michigan.
Prior to starting with Western Michigan University, Dr. Weber had extensive experience working for pharmaceutical companies, including PharmOptima, a company that operated in Portage, Michigan.
