Biosketch

Dr. Ramasubba Tatini is a Staff Psychiatrist for the Battle Creek VAMC. He is a graduate of Rangaraya Medical College in India. He worked as an Extern under the guidance of Dr. Wahid Zia at Meharry College before completing his residency at Meharry Medical College in 2008 at which time he became Board Eligible. Dr. Tatini then completed his Fellowship in Geriatric Psychiatry in 2009, at Saint Louis University Hospital, St. Louis, MO. Dr. Tatini works with the Inpatient Mental Health units which include: Geriatric psychiatry, adult acute psychiatry, substance abuse, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder residential unit. He also provides consultation and is a liaison in the Community Living Center. On a monthly basis Dr. Tatini assists with coverage for Urgent Care Mental Health unit and covers prospective reviews for possible/imminent acute psych unit admissions.
