Biosketch

Hussain Sajid, MD, is a board-certified staff psychiatrist at Summit Pointe South in Battle Creek, Michigan. He earned his bachelor's of medicine and bachelor's of science from Dow Medical College, University of Karachi, in Karachi, Pakistan. He completed his residency at Elmhurst Hospital Center as part of the Mount Sinai Services for that organization. He went on to complete a fellowship in child and adolescent psychiatry at Maine Medical Center in Portland, Maine. He is board certified in psychiatry, brain injury medicine, and sleep medicine. His professional interests include sexual abuse evaluation in children and adolescents, tele-psychiatry, mental health in the armed services, and rural psychiatry.
