Biosketch

Heidi Griggs, D.O., is a Internal Medicine physician. She is a graduate of Michigan State University - College of Osteopathic Medicine. She completed a American Osteopathic Association Internship at Detroit Osteopathic Hospital/ Bi-County Community Hospitals. She completed her first year of Internal Medicine Residency at St. Joseph Mercy Hospital , Ann Arbor, MI. She completed her Internal Medicine Residency at Michigan State University at the Kalamazoo Center for Medical Studies. She went on to serve as a Chief Resident and Junior Faculty member after completion of her residency. She holds an undergraduate degree from Andrews University in Zoology/Biomed with Honors. She received the Resident Teaching Excellence Award MSU/CHM in 1995. She has been a MSU-COM Clinical Assistant Professor since 2008. She has served as the Kalamazoo Junior Academy School Board Chair from 2007-2016.
