Interview Day

Prior to your interview date, we will provide you with program overview materials for you to review at your convenience. Your virtual visit to WMed will be held entirely via Microsoft Teams. The interview day will be divided into two sessions - a morning and an afternoon group. We start your session with a welcome from our administrative team. The night before the interview you will have the opportunity to spend time with the other applicants and some of our current residents so that we can get to know you and you can get to know us.

We look forward to hearing from you! We think you'll find that WMed is a dynamic institution and that Kalamazoo is a delightful city in which to work and live.

The WMed Department of Emergency Medicine follows the guidelines set forth by the National Residency Matching Program for residency programs participating in the Match. A sample WMed residency contract can be viewed here.
