Biosketch
Linda Vail if the director of the Kalamazoo County Health and Community Services Department. She came to Kalamazoo in 1986 to work for the Upjohn Co. as a research scientist. She graduated in 1982 with a bachleor's degree in microbiology from The University of Georgia and earned her MPA in 1996 in Health Administration from Western MIchigan University.
