Biosketch

Joel Bez, DO, is a board certified anesthesiologist with a specialization in pain management with Southern Michigan Pain Consultants in Portage, Michigan. He is a graduate of Indiana University - Bloomington in Bloomington, Indiana. He earned his medical degree from Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine in East Lansing, Michigan. After completing a transitional internship with Ingham Regional Medical Center in Lansing, Michigan, Dr. Bez returned to Michigan State University to complete his residency in anesthesiology, as well as a fellowship in acute pain and chronic pain management.
