Biosketch
James Hunt, MD, is a family medicine physician. He attended University of Michigan for his medical degree, then completed his residency at Pitt County Memorial Hospital in Greenville, North Carolina.
A Comstock native, Dr. Hunt then moved back to the Kalamazoo area to practice medicine. Amongst other positions, Dr. Hunt has been Deputy Medical Examiner for Kalamazoo County, the Team Physician for the Kalamazoo Wings Hockey Team, the Medical Director for the Kalamazoo County Jail, and the Medical Director for the Gilmore Community Healing Center. He currently practices as a family medicine physician with Bronson Healthcare Group.
