Jasmeen Gill, MD

Biosketch

Jasmeen Gill, MD, is a board certified family medicine and obesity medicine physician with Ascension Medical Group located at Sturgis Hospital. She grew up in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, where she graduated from the University of British Columbia, majoring in Biology. After earning her medical degree from the Medical University of the Americas (Nevis/St Kitts), she went on to pursue a Family Medicine residency at MedStar Franklin Square, Baltimore, Maryland. She served as chief resident in her final year and worked on several curriculum changes. Some of these projects included building an inpatient simulation as well as a journal club curriculum for all family medicine residents. She has always been interested in medical education, women's health, obesity, and chronic disease management.
