Benjamin Bizer, MD

Biosketch

Benjamin Bizer, MD, is a resident physician in the Internal Medicine Residency Program at Western Michigan University Homer Stryker M.D. School of Medicine in Kalamazoo, Michigan. He graduated from Semmelweis University, Budapest, Hungary where he was part of a colorectal cancer related research. After his graduation, he worked as a frontline worker during the COVID-19 pandemic in Germany. He continued to support his community by serving at the regional vaccination center. Parallel to these duties, he was involved in research related to exceptional responders in metastatic cancer patients. His research and clinical interest are colorectal cancer, gastroenterology as well as palliative and critical care medicine.
