Biosketch
David Piscitelli, MD, MS, is a resident physician in the Emergency Medicine Residency Program of Western Michigan University Homer Stryker M.D. School of Medicine. He is a graduate of Southern Connecticut State University, New Haven, Connecticut. He earned both his medical degree and master's degree from Quinnipiac University Frank H Netter School of Medicine, North Haven, Connecticut. Dr. Piscitelli's prior and current research interests include olfactory perception via SNP, Parkinson's/neurodegenerative disease via micro-RNA, and further characterizing neuronal protein interactions via confocal microscopy/FRAP.
