Biosketch

Codi Sharp, DO, is a resident physician in the Family Medicine Residency Program - Kalamazoo at Western Michigan University Homer Stryker M.D. School of Medicine. She is a graduate of the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. She earned her medical degree from Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine, East Lansing. Prior to becoming a physician, she worked as an environmental health consultant for various organizations, including the Environmental Protection Agency. Dr. Sharp has an interest in street medicine that developed in medical school, where she was a participant with Spartan Street Medicine, bringing health care to people experiencing homelessness in Lansing. She has completed additional training in osteopathic manipulative medicine to provide musculoskeletal treatment. Her clinical and research interests include street medicine, osteopathic manipulative medicine, and preventative medicine.
