Biosketch

Joseph Kovacic, DO, is a board-certified emergency medicine physician. He is a graduate of Michigan State University in East Lansing, Michigan. He earned his medical degree from Midwestern University Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine in Downers Grove, Illinois. He completed a traditional internship at St. James Hospital in Freeport, Illinois. He then returned to Midwestern University Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine to complete his residency in emergency medicine. From 2010-2017, he was an attending at Mercy Hospital in Janesville, Wisconsin. He is currently an attending with Kalamazoo Emergency Associates and works at Borgess Medical Center in Kalamazoo, Michigan.
